Thanks Mike...so far so good but I am sure antsy to weigh to see if it is really working the way I am hoping...long time until Monday but I can make it with no scale peeking LOL

Mini victory at lunch with a piece of low carb cheese cake...I didn't think I was going to be able to leave any on the plate as it really tasted so good but I knew I needed to eat something besides cheesecake and about 1/2 way through I stopped and ate something else more appropriate and was able to use the other 1/2 of the cheesecake as a snack later
I would have eaten the whole thing in the past so I feel this is a great step for me!

One pound down from Wed to Mon morning! YEA!!!
